Colorado Parks and Wildlife is seeking applicants for part time temporary positions forcustomer service representatives. A customer service-based position that provides information and handles all aspects of product sales to customers while providing support to the staff. Daily interaction with customers requires effective communication and public relations skills, as well as articulate dissemination of verbal and written information. Specific duties include but are not limited to:Work directly with internal and external customers in person, on the phone, and via email. Sell park passes, hunting/fishing licenses, OHV/boat registrations, and associated permits. Answer technical questions about State Parks, hunting and fishing regulations, and the Big Game draw process. Answer incoming calls, handle in-person inquiries, and/or direct them to appropriate staff. Receive, process, and file big game license returns. Data entry within Google Suite.
