Responsibility;

- Prospecting; Use your sales skills to find prospective clients. Feel free to think outside of the box and get as creative as you want.

- Consultative Sales: We dont believe in high pressure, strong arm sales. We believe in the art of consultative selling through education and empowerment of our clients.

- Relationship Building: Strengthen your networking skills by forging strategic relationships with other agents as well as people outside of our industry.

- Mentorship & Training: As you grow within the industry, we urge you to become a mentor to others as well as learn tone able to train other new agents.
