Position Overview:

Join our team as an Independent Financial Services Agent and take control of your career. This non-captive position offers a scalable franchise building opportunity for serious producers. As part of the largest financial services distribution broker, you'll have access to a platform with security and support, offering a diverse portfolio of over 200 products.

Hybrid Sales Platform Face to Face or Virtual (telesales/zoom) available

No cold calling, door-to-door sales, or such. We have plenty of clients who are interested in our service, we just need help fulfilling orders.

Some of our client's book appointments with you, some clients you have to reach out to book appointments with.

This is a fully remote position, we do nearly everything online via Zoom, and we are looking for someone who has between 10-20 hours a week available initially to train and start helping families.

This is a commission-based position with unlimited earning potential, the more families you help, the more you earn. How much time you dedicate and your schedule is up to you. Our average Training Associates make $4,000 per month.

There is little, if any, financial education taught in schools. Our company is looking to change that. How can people become financially independent if they dont know how to? People dont plan to fail; they fail because they dont know how to plan. Our motto is No Family Left Behind. We dont charge our clients for our services and we dont have minimums in order to help a client.

You may have never before considered starting your own business or becoming a financial professional, but I hope youll at least consider it.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting: Use your sales skills to identify potential clients through keyword searches and various channels.

Servicing Clients: Provide personalized service to clients, understanding their financial needs, and recommending suitable insurance products.

Relationship Building: Interact with a diverse range of people, building and maintaining relationships for future sales and referrals.

Mentorship and Training: Benefit from daily mentorship and training sessions to enhance your skills and accelerate your professional growth.

Franchise Building: Leverage the non-captive and scalable nature of the position to build your own business and team of agents.
