Job Description:

This is a position in the Facilities Management Department. The position focuses on general maintenance and may be assigned to work in a variety of areas of focus.

Job Essentials

• Performs routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, fixing leaky faucets, and repairing damaged walls or floors.

• Assists with the installation, repair, and maintenance of hospital equipment and systems.

• Responds to emergency maintenance requests and providing immediate assistance to resolve the issue.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience as a maintenance generalist or handyman is required.

• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a healthcare setting
