Your Role:

As the Construction Superintendent, you are the heartbeat of our multifamily projects. You'll take charge of on-site operations, from scheduling and logistics to quality control and safety management. Forge powerful collaborations with architects, engineers, and city officials, ensuring each project not only meets but exceeds expectations.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Champion daily on-site activities, transforming blueprints into reality.
  • Cultivate a culture of safety, vigilance, and excellence.
  • Navigate project hurdles with finesse, maintaining momentum and alignment with overarching project goals.
  • Lead regular inspections and adjustments, fine-tuning schedules to ensure timely, on-budget completion.
  • Act as a strategic communicator, keeping stakeholders informed and engaged throughout all project phases.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience: 5+ years leading multifamily construction projects, with a focus on mid-rise urban wrap and concrete parking structures.
  • Tech Savvy: Hands-on expertise with Procore and Primavera P6 software.
  • Relationships: Proven track record working with the City of Denver's construction protocols.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, organization, and negotiation abilities to drive project success.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
