The Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing and managing all financial activities within Alpine Bank, ensuring financial health, stability, and alignment with strategic goals. This includes strategic financial planning, reporting, analysis, and risk management. Prepares management and regulatory reports which are shared with various constituencies such as senior management, the board of directors, auditors and regulators, inclusive of the monthly Board Report. Manages the asset/liability process inclusive of ALM modeling and analysis, liquidity modeling and analysis, contingency funding plans and administering of the Asset Liability Committee.
