Clinical Educator Position Highlights:

• Location: Main Hospital
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, Flexible shift

Responsibilities:

• Develops clinical competencies within the organization based on accreditation standards, policies and departmental needs.
• Coordinates and implements annual skills and education for clinical staff.
• Works with Education Coordinator to implement monthly clinical orientation.
• Serves as an administrator for the learning management system.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• At least one (1) year of experience in clinical education

Clinical Educator Compensation:

• $37.00 - $42.55 per hour, depending on education and experience.
• Discretionary bonuses, relocation expenses, merit increase, market adjustments, recognition bonuses, and other forms of discretionary compensation may be available.
