Position Overview

We are seeking a Territory Manager to drive growth and support customer success across the Western Slope of Colorado. This outside sales role involves building relationships, offering tailored product solutions, and representing our high-quality flooring lines with professionalism and enthusiasm.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage relationships with flooring professionals, retailers, and builders across your assigned territory.
  • Actively prospect for new accounts through site visits, referrals, and industry networking.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide hands-on support with installation techniques.
  • Maintain a consistent communication rhythm with customers to ensure satisfaction and uncover new opportunities.
  • Ensure displays and marketing materials are up-to-date and effectively represent our brand.
  • Track sales activity and customer interactions using our CRM platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute promotions and ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Share market insights and customer feedback with leadership.
  • Stay current with product updates and industry trends through vendor training and events.
  • Participate in trade shows, company meetings, and other regional events as needed.
  • Support the overall success of the territory with flexibility and a team-first attitude.


Qualifications


Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of B2B outside sales experience
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the Western Slope region
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle and exceed performance targets
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
  • Self-motivated, independent, and collaborative team player

Preferred:

  • Experience in the flooring, construction, or building materials industry
  • Familiarity with hardwood flooring products and installation practices

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift and carry products weighing 20–80 pounds
  • Willingness to learn and perform flooring demonstrations, including sanding and finishing
