RECEPTIONIST | CLINICAL & ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT
Front Desk | Clinical Coordination | Office Operations
Location: Grand Junction, CO (Near the GJ Airport & I-70)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday | 8 AM-5 PM
Pay: $16-$19/HR (Experience dependent)
Requirements: Driver's License | Auto Insurance | Vehicle
Computer Proficiency | Microsoft Familiarity (especially Excel)
*EMR System (Sansio) familiarity a plus but not a requirement*
A Dual Role with Purpose
We're looking for a reliable, organized, and welcoming Receptionist or Administrative Assistant. This full-time, in-office position combines more traditional front-office duties with behind-the-scenes coordination and support of our clinical team.
Whether you're greeting office visitors or helping manage patient referrals, you'll be directly supporting our mission of delivering high-quality home health care to the community.
What You'll Do
Clinical Support (60%)
- Referrals: Process & track client referrals in our EMR system
- Audits:Assist with auditing nurses, therapists, and missed visits
- Admissions: •Ensure packets are completed and contain accurate client information
- Payroll Support: Review and confirm clinical hours
- Communication: Monitor client schedules make reminder calls
- Supplies and Kits: Build and keep field kits stocked for field staff
- Discharge: Assist and process client discharge paperwork
General Administrative Support (40%)- Phones: Answer main line, route calls, manage office voicemail
- Greet: Welcome visitors and let correct staff know they arrived
- Mail: Handle office mail and visit post office as needed
- Office Supplies: Keep office supplies stocked and place orders
- Miscellaneous: Pick up orders, assist with office decoration, run errands, etc.

Tech-Savvy: Computer Proficiency, Windows and Excel Familiarity, EMR Experience a plus
