We have an exciting remote opportunity for a highly motivated Global Trade Site Lead focused on Manufacturing & Quality operations.
What You Will Do:
In this highly visible role as a Global Trade Site Lead, you will partner with your assigned business units to ensure compliance with Global Trade rules and regulations. This role will work closely with Operations, Quality, and Core Legal Global Trade teams to provide guidance and resolve Global Trade issues.
Primary functions include, but are not limited to, maintaining a site presence, integrating with the leadership team, providing site training, performing internal audits with identification of any corrective actions, lead/facilitate export investigations/DAISEs, in addition to safeguarding International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and Bureau of Industry and Security (BIS) data and technology.
Provide Global Trade support within two key areas :
US Quality organization
Site Lead for Cold Section Mod Center (CSMC) and AutoAir
As a Global Trade Site Lead, you will closely collaborate with the site leadership team and manage day to day global trade requirements, including all Consent Agreement related activities for Operations.
Identify, develop, and deploy solutions throughout this business space to support strategy and growth initiatives as required (automations, transitions, expansions, acquisitions, etc).
Qualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years prior relevant experience or MBA/master's degree and a minimum of 7 years experience.
Self-starter with demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, manage crisis, and develop effective networks with internal customers and ability to collaborate with multiple business functions for success.
Comfortable making quick decisions and exercising good judgment with escalation of issues.
Experience working with executive level management; Ability to clearly communicate at all organizational levels.
U.S. citizenship or U.S. person required due to government contracts.
Knowledge of U.S ITAR and EAR regulations.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Advanced degree.
CORE Apprentice.
JCL2 Certification.

Remote: Employees who are working in Remote roles will work primarily offsite (from home).

The salary range for this role is 124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
