Is responsible for the overall training compliance of their station. Lead a team to run a safe, efficient, and effective operation while delivering top notch service to American Airlines customers. Oversight and coordination of the day-to-day operation to ensure maximum quality and safety of on-time movement of aircraft through the station. Drive accountability to build and manage a strong and motivated team; ensure the right people are in place in the operation. High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
