SUMMARY OF JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Heirlooms Intake Coordinator is an integral part of the Heirlooms staff, assisting the team with overall store operations and primarily responsible for overseeing sorting room processes. This position maintains safety, organization, and flow of donations. Daily prioritizes and delegates sorting, steaming, and cleaning of items to restock the retail floor, filling the retail floor with clothing and other items to support sales goals. Is responsible for the training and work of volunteers to ensure continuity between shifts. Collaborates with other store managers regarding decisions on repurposing, packing, storing, or passing on items.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in retail design is preferred.
  • Experience working with volunteers preferred.
  • Valid Colorado driver's license, unlimited access to reliable transportation, and adequate automobile insurance maintained throughout employment.
COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs and cash register operations.
  • Effective communication both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrates empathy for the challenges faced by donors, volunteers and teammates.

  • Pay range $20.79 - $23.00 per hour
