IN-HOUSE ART DIRECTORSUMMARY:Nuclear Care Partners is seeking a strategic and hands-on in-house Art Director to lead the creative development and execution of Nuclear Care Partners' internal and external marketing efforts. This pivotal role will support national and local marketing efforts with strategic, impactful marketing campaigns and collateral that leverage best-in-class design principles and compelling visual storytelling to connect with our key audiences.This is a unique opportunity for a creative leader who can think strategically, design beautifully, and partner cross-functionally to elevate a fast-growing and entrepreneurial in-home healthcare brand. The Art Director role requires a blend of creative vision, technical execution and analytical skills, with a strong focus on digital and traditional marketing initiatives.This role works in close partnership with Nuclear Care Partners' Marketing Communications and Content Manager, as well as more broadly with internal departments and outside vendors through every stage of marketing development.This position will report to the Marketing Director. $60-$75KWHO YOU ARE:A creative leader with a strong design foundation and sharp visual judgmentEqually skilled at high-level brand thinking and tactical executionA visual storyteller who understands how to translate business goals into compelling creativeComfortable balancing creative vision with tight timelines and real-world deliverablesA collaborator who can work across teamsPassionate about healthcare, mission-driven marketing, and making a tangible differenceKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Serve as brand steward, ensuring visual consistency and excellence across all channelsChampion Nuclear Care Partners' brand identity through smart, strategic, emotionally resonant designDevelop creative concepts that bring Nuclear Care Partners' brand platform to lifeStay updated on industry trends and competitive activity to ensure Nuclear Care Partners stays at the forefront of the category.Translate creative briefs and campaign strategies into effective visual communicationsWork in close partnership with the Marketing Communications and Content Manager to concept and execute creative ideasDesign and produce print and digital collateral including:Mailers, brochures, flyers, social media graphics, web elements, internal communications, advertising, event materials, and presentationsMaintain brand guidelines, ensuring tools and templates are scalable and accessibleOversee the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budgetPartner with internal teams (Marketing, Clinical, Sales, Executive) to fulfill marketing and communication goalsManage incoming design requests across departments; prioritize based on business needsMaintain efficient design workflows and approval processesDevelop scalable design templates for internal teamsMaintain organized, accessible file systems and ensure version controlPrep files for print and digital distributionOversee quality control and cost efficiency of external print, collateral and swag productionEnsure maximum value from external vendor relationshipsAssist with purchasing, editing, reviewing and organizing photos for use with marketing materialsAssist with internal photography and video editing as neededResponsible for website maintenance and updatesSupport internal systems including the company intranet, Vistaprint collateral library, and campaign creative libraryMaintain a regular cadence of managing lead intakes, mailing patient welcome letters, distributing compliance surveys, etc.Manage billing and coding for expenses related to this roleThis position is responsible for managing the following:External vendor relationshipsCreative development and approval processes, including the costs and timing associated those processesVisual identity, including layouts, typography, imagery, and visual hierarchyMulti-media creative and asset librariesThis position does not manage direct reports. REQUIRED SKILLS5+ years in graphic design, art direction, or brand developmentStrong understanding of multi-channel marketing, including direct mail, print, digital, and socialExpert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)Experience with web platforms (WordPress preferred), email and social (Meta), and basic video editingFamiliarity with Monday.com and Canva (a plus)Excellent organizational and project management skillsClear, confident communicator who can give and receive feedback constructivelyHealthcare, nonprofit, or advocacy-related industry experience is a plus
