Overview

Foster Graham Milstein & Calisher, LLP (FGMC) is seeking an associate attorney with one to four years of experience to join our civil litigation practice group in our Grand Junction office. This opportunity is available to candidates licensed to practice in Colorado with a proven track record of advocating for their clients. The successful candidate will be involved in all aspects of case preparation, planning, management, and trial.

Responsibilities

• Involved in all aspects of case preparation, planning, management, and trial in civil litigation matters.

Qualifications

• One to four years of experience in civil litigation (associate attorney).
• Licensed to practice law in Colorado.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary range: $85,000 $115,000 annually, with actual pay depending on experience, skills, and other factors consistent with applicable law.
