Job Description:
Identify, build, and develop potential clients in software development and IT outsourcing services.
Manage the entire sales cycle: from client acquisition, requirement gathering, solution proposal, negotiation, contract signing to after-sales support.
Work closely with Presales, Delivery, and Marketing teams to ensure solutions meet client needs.
Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with B2B clients.
Conduct market analysis, track industry trends and competitors to propose client development strategies.
Provide periodic business reports, pipeline updates, and results to Sales Manager/Director.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Economics, Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
35 years of experience in Sales within software, technology, outsourcing, or IT services.
Strong understanding of software development processes, outsourcing, and offshore development models is a big plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills (English and/or Japanese proficiency preferred).
Existing client network in IT/Software is an advantage.
Ability to work independently, with high responsibility and result-oriented mindset.
