We are seeking anExecutive Directorto leadWillow Tree Care Center Skilled Nursing&Rehab in Delta, CO.

In this role, you will drive operational excellence, inspire high-performing teams, and achieve full occupancy, ensuring our residents experience the highest quality of life.

Key Qualifications:

• Leadership Excellence: You lead by example, motivating high-performing teams to achieve their best–Build Team
• Proven Success: You have a history of taking communities to full occupancy, delivering results on time and within budget– Build Occupancy
• Operational Mastery: Your expertise spans all aspects of senior living management, from operations and healthcare to customer service and fiscal responsibility–Build EBITDAR
• Strong Relationship Builder: You build lasting relationships with residents, families, and the greater community
• Bachelor's degree required: Master's degree in business or healthcare administration preferred
• Licensed Skilled Nursing Administrator required
