With a focus on coordinating and delivering services to our customers, such as processing orders for deliveries and pick-ups, as well as handling telephone inquiries that may involve some mechanical or operational troubleshooting with equipment. Acting as a virtual link between customers, sales, dispatch, and management, the incumbent ensures quality solutions and service.
