The Impact You'll Make

As a Supply Chain Factory support team, you will be key contact person within Supply Chain to ensure material readiness for manufacturing and managing Lam Remote factory escalations.

This is high visible position where you will need to work with different departments, Supply Chain team globally including directors and VPs to identify risk, provide mitigation and solution and escalate if needed. The person needs to be able to manage high pressure environment with constrant changes and experience in managing severe material constraints and escalations.

What You'll Do

This position requires significant experience in delivering operational objectives and supporting Lam Factory operations. The role is responsible for analyzing data from enterprise systems (e.g., SAP and internal tools) to assess shipment status and identify potential risks, as well as for leading cross-functional stakeholder meetings to proactively communicate and mitigate shipment-related risks.

In addition, this role participates in shipment readiness meetings to ensure shipment stability across global Lam factories and is responsible for driving necessary risk mitigation activities.

The primary function of this position is to proactively identify, flag, and escalate Remote Factory shipment risks in a timely manner to prevent potential shipment disruptions.

The individual in this role is expected to collaborate closely with internal supply chain teams, including the Commodity team, Supply Business Managers, and Lam Remote Factory (RF), to identify and implement effective solutions that mitigate risks and ensure smooth and stable operations.

Other Job Responsibilities

  • Lead shipment readiness meetings weekly to proactively assess and analyse risks.
  • Drive all needed escalation for shipment risk to stakeholders.
  • Represent the remote factory in shipment readiness meetings at the LAM factory and lead coordination across all related areas.
  • Develop timely reports and key performance indicators to identify/monitor material delivery challenges.
  • Monitor shipment risks, drive risk mitigation strategies, and coordinate root cause corrective actions.
Who We're Looking For

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4~5 years of Supply Chain experience with a bachelor's degree.
  • Fluent in English and experience in working cross functional team located in different countries.
  • Strong communicator capable of developing and delivering compelling arguments and presentations.
  • Strong data analytical skills
  • Takes ownership of tasks and consistently pushed work forward with initiative.
  • Proficient in MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications
  • Semiconductor industry or global supplier experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience chairing meetings with participants located across multiple countries and at various organizational levels, including executive leadership
  • SAP experience is preferred
  • Strong presentation skills

Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
